Claremont, Ca - Glitter and glamour illuminated the success of Claremont Chamber of Commerce’s first Annual Best B.E.T. Bash earlier in February! Claremont’s business community rallied to the cause of this grant program of the highest magnitude.
Hosted by Claremont Chamber of Commerce at the Doubletree by Hilton, the event opened with fun and relaxation. Guests included representatives from the Claremont Unified School District, the City of Claremont, Hilda Solis’ 1st District Supervisor’s Office and many other notable Claremont business and community members. The highlight of the night, by far, was having the privilege of awarding the check in the presence of some of the very teachers who received this year’s grants!
This program would not be possible without the partnership of Rotary Club of Claremont, Claremont Sunrise Rotary, Kiwanis Club of Claremont, and the University Club of Claremont. 2015 - 2016 fundraising efforts raised $15,063.81, bringing the program’s lifetime tally to $412,032.81!
