—Through March 31: James Fuller has worked in wood, watercolor, acrylics, oil and is a master of printmaking. He is a retired professor of art
from Scripps College. His work is involved in the conversation between the landscape, the viewer and the activity of painting. The title of this exhibit, “The Enchantment of the Fleeting,” takes its name from the statement written upon one of his works. Opening reception: Saturday, March 4 from 6 to 9 p.m.

—Through March 19: “(RE)GENERATION: Six Decades of Claremont Artists” features selections from the museum’s permanent collection that reflect our region’s rich artistic
legacyfrom the influence of Millard Sheets and the artists who arrived in the 1940s to the GIs who came to study after WWII, to the many contemporary artists who continue to call Claremont home. Art Walk reception: Saturday, March 4 from 6 to 8 p.m. Free admission.

—Through April 21: “Equal Actions,” offers ongoing art workshops and creative experiences where everyone can access their own creative agency. Showcasing the professional careers of the groundbreaking artists working at First Street Gallery. Get involved with interactive art experiences and art workshops designed and led by First Street Gallery studio artists.
Joinin opening night during the Claremont Art Walk for art-making in the gallery in addition to our usual viewing and collecting opportunities in the studio. Attend workshops every Wednesday from 1:30 to 3 p.m. throughout the course of the show (call for details) or pop in anytime during regular gallery hours to participate in ongoing activities. Visit often to witness how the gallery transforms over the course of the exhibition. Art Walk reception: Saturday, March 4 from 6 to 8 p.m. with tasty treats generously provided by Some Crust Bakery.

—Saturday, March 4: Artists, carefully selected by the Art Walk committee, set up small exhibition spaces to display and sell their own fine art. Guests get to view several works in one place, interact with artists and buy their work. Some artists also choose
todolive painting in the space. This event takes place only the first Saturday of the month as part of the Claremont Art Walk from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Claremont Packing House atrium.

Rio de Ojas: 250 N. Harvard Ave., Claremont.
—Through March 31: GinaGaudesi
is inspired by folk art. Her exhibition will feature handmade self-expressions reflective of trades handed down for generations, including ceramic, glass mosaic and woodcarving works. Opening reception: Saturday, March 4 from 6 to 9 p.m.
