Job Description
The Claremont Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Full-Time
Office/Events Assistant.   The applicant needs to have the ability to prioritize multiple projects, be detail oriented, organized and self-motivated to work independently while being committed to assure the activities of the Chamber are accurately conducted.
 
Duties to include but not limited to:
Coordinate Chamber Events under the Direction of the CEO
Oversee Chamber Member Dues, Processing Invoices/Payments
Update and maintain brochures, Chamber Website, Facebook, Social Media  and Chamber E-blasts and monthly newsletters.
 
Applicant must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal with computer skills in Design, Publisher, MS Word, Excel and Constant Contact.
