  • Share:
March 02, 2017
Funded by a grant from the Claremont Educational Foundation, IVRT's Reader's Theatre project continues this year at El Roble Intermediate School. Improvisational games and skill building activities are utilized to help build connections in Engligh language arts curriculum. The students work with teaching artist Max Herzfeld during their after school "Drama Club" twice a week. The 10 week workshop will culminate in the students performing scenes from literature they select and adapt, and they will also attend a free performance of the musical adaptation of "Little Women" produced by the Inland Valley Repertory Theatre company at the Candlelight Pavilion.
