Gates open on July 13th at 5 p.m.\, a catered dinner is served from 5:30 to 6:45\, and entertainment presented from 7 to 10 p.m. "Smooth Touch\," a funky\, 10 piece show band from Upland featuring vocalists\, keys\, guitar\, bass\, drummer and three piece horn section\, plays and sings dance\, Latin\, R & B and funk music of the 60's to 80's for the audience's listening and dancing pleasure.
