DESCRIPTION:Join us for our 9th Annual Anthesis Power of the Flower Virtual Fitness & Fundraising Week to benefit programs for adults with [dis]abilities!\n\nThis year's fundraiser\, which is completely virtual\, will include a Virtual Run/Walk/Bike and a "Zoomba" Zumba Event. Whether you prefer to run\, walk\, bike\, or go on your spin bike\, sign up to participate in our virtual event in support of raising funds and awareness for Anthesis and our programs aimed at creating opportunities for adults with [dis]abilities. Social distancing while participating in the virtual event is highly encouraged.\n\n***A virtual run is an event that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run\, jog\, or walk in your neighborhood\, on the trail\, or on the track. You get to run at your own pace and time it yourself.\n\nDo you have a passion for fundraising and want to compete for a prize? Sign up for our fundraising competition to win a prize! Throughout the week\, updates will be provided on Facebook about those participating in the event.
