DESCRIPTION:Friday Night 'Charity Knit Nights' August 2012\n\nKnitters/Crocheters   ever wanted your finished wares to be\n\nINTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED?\n\n\n\nCome knit or crochet scarves and hats for OPERATION GRATITUDE. This Los Angeles based organization annually sends 100\,000 care packages addressed to U.S. Service Members deployed around the world. Their mission is to lift morale and express to them the support of all of us here back home. 60\,000 scarves are needed for the holiday packages   please help.\n\n\n\nIf you're not a crocheter or a knitter don't worry\, you can still contribute to Operation Gratitude. During our Charity Knit Month\, we welcome ALL donations of needles\, hooks\, yarn and cash. Any purchases made at Colors 91711 for this Charity Project will receive a 10% discount. If you cannot make Fridays\, please stop by any time during the month of August.\n\nSign in and out - every hour you knit/crochet you will be given a ticket to enter a drawing for a prize   so the more hours you come along\, the better your chances of winning something wonderful from the following generous retailers and fitness studios.
