DESCRIPTION:Edison International (EIX) and Southern California Edison invite you to a Community Forum for Non Profits and Faith Based Organizations in the San Gabriel Valley area on Friday\, December 14\, 2012\, free from 8am to 2pm at the El Monte Community Center. All welcome\, particularly any boardmembers\, grant writers\,\n\n\n\nEvent: Community Forum: Helping Communities Succeed and Strengthening Our Nonprofit Sector\n\nDate:  Friday\, December 14\, 2012\n\nTime:  8am - 2pm\n\nPlace: El Monte Community Center            \n\n            3130 North Tyler Avenue\n\n            El Monte\, California 91731\n\n\n\nEIX and SCE are interested in funding programs that have a strong emphasis in:\n\n	\n		Education (STEAM: Science\, Technology\, Engineering\, Arts and Math)\n	\n		Environment\n	\n		Civic Engagement\n	\n		Public Safety/Preparedness\n\nThis forum workshop is to help acquaint those who may be interested in: 1) applying to EIX for grant funding and/or 2) the programs and services SCE provides to our customers to assist with energy usage\, billing and/or income qualified needs:\n\n\n\nPlease join us\, we would love to meet with you.
