DESCRIPTION:The 30th Claremont Folk Festival takes place on Saturday\, June 15\, 2013\, with gates opening at 10:00am.  The festival features a wide range of music\, art and learning experiences.  Show headliners\, David Lindley and Henry Rollins\, are an example of the diversity of experiences offered to festival attendees.\n\n\n\nList of Performers:\n\nDavid Lindley\, Henry Rollins\, Janet Klein & Her Parlor Boys\, Leon Mobley and Da Lion\, Moira Smiley and Voco\, Round Mountain\, Gonzalo Bergara Quartet\, Black Tongued Bells\, Tremoloco\, Ross Altman\, Peter Harper\, and Phoebe Bridgers.\n\n\n\nList of Workshops:\n\nAfrican Drumming\, Cajon Drumming\, Songwriting\, European and American Folk Songs\, Gypsy Guitar \, Ukulele\, Mosaic Making Studio\, Drum Circle\, Slide Guitar\, Print Making\, Puppetry\, Didgeridoo\, Harmonica\, Protest Songs\n\n\n\nLocal artists will be selling a variety of art\, musical instruments and more.  Gourmet food trucks\, local micro-breweries and caterers will provide food service in designated areas during the Festival.\n\n\n\nFestival attendees will have exclusive access to Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden for the day.  The entire 86 acres will be open for self-guided tours and exploration.  RSABG members can receive a 20% discount code by contacting The Garden development office @ development@rsabg.org or (909) 625-8767 ext 221.\n\n\n\nThe Garden is a living museum\, much different from a park or other recreation area\, so personal food\, glass bottles\, and animals (with the exception of identified service animals) are not allowed.  We do encourage bringing refillable bottles of water for personal hydration.\n\n\n\nThis is a Rain or Shine Event.  No refunds.
