DESCRIPTION:The Scripps College Humanities Institute will host a visit to the local (Ontario\, California) community garden Huerta Del Valle in conjunction with cooking demo and nutrition workshop to be facilitated by co-founder of Nourish and Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist\, Jocelyn Dubin.\n\nPlease note: Space for this workshop is limited. We ask that you RSVP by emailing humanitiesinstitute@scrippscollege.edu to secure your spot. Although Scripps and 5-C students will be given priority for space\, workshops\, and Humanities Institute field trips are open to faculty\, staff\, and members of the public.  Please inquire for more information.\n\nPresented in partnership with the Scripps College Office of Dean of Students.
