DESCRIPTION:Square i Gallery in Claremont is proud to announce that Patrick Dooley is their featured artist for the month of May. Patrick is a well know California painter\, known for his ability to capture the essence of a scene in his beautiful watercolor paintings. His subjects vary including portraits\, landscapes\, marine life\, wildlife and his fine depiction of life in the golden west. In this show\, Mr. Dooley is featuring the college campuses in and around Claremont.\n\nPatrick has spent the major part of his life in the pursuit of creating and sharing his passion for painting. He is an award winning artist\, illustrator and instructor and has made himself available to all who seek to improve their appreciation and scholarship in painting. Patrick's paintings appear in private and corporate collections throughout the United States and Canada. Patrick is mainly self taught but has attended the Los Angeles Art Center\, and has the distinction of being among only 3% of artist to complete the Famous Artist Schools home study course in illustration.
