Beyond the Business Card: Leading Your Career with Intention Workshop
Looking to grow your leadership skills, strengthen your network, and be more intentional about how you lead and grow?
Join us for Beyond the Business Card: Leading Your Career with Intention — a meaningful and interactive conversation about building authentic relationships, growing in community, and identifying the people who help support us along our leadership journey.
So often, networking can feel transactional. This session invites us to think differently — to move beyond simply exchanging business cards and instead build meaningful connections rooted in trust, encouragement, learning, and shared growth.
Together, we’ll explore how to identify the people, relationships, and support systems that help us navigate change, own our voice, and continue growing personally and professionally. Through reflection, conversation, and practical tools, participants will begin creating their own Personal Board of Directors — a trusted circle of people who challenge us, encourage us, offer wisdom, and walk alongside us as we grow.
Whether you are a business owner, professional, emerging leader, entrepreneur, or someone simply looking to grow with greater intention, this session is for you.
Together, we’ll explore:
• Building authentic relationships that support your growth
• Moving from networking to meaningful connection
• Identifying who belongs in your circle of support
• Creating your own Personal Board of Directors
• Practical next steps to stay connected, supported, and growing
This workshop is open to the first 20 Chamber members. Space is limited!
A light lunch will be provided.
Come ready to reflect, connect, and invest in yourself and your growth. Because leadership, growth, and community were never meant to happen alone.
