Description
Dozens of Claremont artists will open their studios to the public for a day-long celebration of the creativity that continues to thrive in Claremont. The Claremont Museum of Art hosts the biennial event to encourage art lovers to explore the multitude of studios tucked into local neighborhoods and business parks.
Guests will receive a color map for locating the studios. Works by participating artists will be on view in the gallery, and patrons will have the opportunity to win a favorite artist’s work. The event will end with An Artists’ Party in the patio of Garner House.
Participating artists include Opoku Acheampong, Alba Cisneros, Barry Cisneros, Steve Comba, Cathy Garcia, Sandy Garcia, Crispin Gonzales, Mike Hill, Mary Hughes, Aleta Jacobson, Carolyn Lee, Kathleen McCall, Karen and John Neiuber, Osvaldo and Michael Orellana, Elizabeth Preston, Anne Seltzer, Tom Skelly, Jeanne Steffan, Norma Tanega, Chris Toovey, Georgette Unis and Ahlene Welsh.
