At Ironbark our cidercraft is all about natural, healthy ingredients with the lowest possible calories. Our main aim is to keep all the potentially harmful additives out of our cider, that's why we don't use sulfites or any other preservatives. We always ferment our cider to dry and we don't back sweeten, so Ironbark cider contains no fermentable sugar. That's why our motto is "Drink it DRY!”

We do a bunch of new seasonal flavors and styles every quarter. Our style is light, clean and refreshing, with fully developed flavor profiles.
