Vanessa knows firsthand what it means to navigate the many dimensions of life. As co-owner of Restoration 1 of Rancho Cucamonga, she and her husband Kenny have built a trusted emergency restoration business serving homes and businesses throughout Southern California. She brings a background in economics, a natural gift for building relationships, and a hands-on leadership style grounded in serving others with clarity and care.
 
Beyond her work as a business owner and community leader, Vanessa's favorite role is being a mom to her two young boys.
 
Together, we'll explore the many identities we carry, how our experiences shape the way we lead, and how we make room for the different dimensions of our lives without losing sight of who we are along the way.
 
Because leadership isn't less about the title we hold, and more about the people we love, the communities we serve, the relationships we build, and the lives we are creating along the way.
