Enjoy lunch while learning, then take advantage of one of our most valuable networking moments: every attendee will have 30 seconds to introduce themselves. It?s the perfect opportunity to test out a new pitch, share what you do, and make meaningful connections in a supportive, welcoming room.
Whether you?re here to learn, connect, or be heard; this luncheon delivers all three.
July:
Join the Claremont Chamber of Commerce for our July Leadership Lab, an engaging lunchtime experience designed to bring business and community leaders together to learn, connect, and grow.
This month's conversation, Culture by Design, explores one of the most important drivers of organizational success: creating workplaces where people feel connected, valued, and inspired to do their best work.
As organizations grow and evolve, culture can become their greatest strength?or quietly drift. How do leaders intentionally build, protect, and strengthen a culture that attracts great people, encourages innovation, and creates lasting success?
Through a TED-style talk, an interactive panel discussion, and facilitated table conversations, you'll hear real-world leadership stories, practical strategies, and actionable ideas you can immediately apply within your own organization.
