Federal Job Discrimination Training for Managers and Supervisors
Objectives:
This presentation will explain what federal discrimination laws are, and their basic provisions. An overview of what is discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. How to cite categories of harassment and costs involved with violations of federal discrimination laws. Lastly, explain the responsibilities managers and supervisors have in complying with federal discrimination laws.
