Administrative Assistant

This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Ronald Coleman Advisors in Claremont, CA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and assisting with daily executive administrative tasks and clerical duties.
 
Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
  • Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM applications
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Hours: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM M-F
Pay: $22/hr
