We Construct Creative Communities.
We are a Pomona-based, innovative “re-developer,” focusing on constructing creative communities through adaptive-reuse of historic structures and in-fill development in mixed-use downtown neighborhoods throughout Inland Southern California.?
Since 1992, our family-owned company, through our in-house construction firm, has completed the renovation of more than 25 historic structures and several new buildings totaling more than 800,000 square feet.
At Arteco Partners, we are proud of our “community-focused” projects and partnerships with educational and arts non-profit organizations, as well as our dedication to the arts and eco-friendly initiatives.
Our Mission
At Arteco Partners, we value sustainability, creativity, and education. We encourage and support art-friendly businesses in our communities, we inspire public art initiatives, and we make our own businesses as eco-friendly and sustainable as they can be by switching to solar power and using only green products.
We are proud of our “community-focused” projects and partnerships with educational and arts non-profit organizations, such as The School of Arts and Enterprise, The Downtown Pomona Owner's Association, the dA Center for the Arts, the Progress Gallery, the Latino Art Museum, Cal Poly, Pomona, Western University of Health Sciences, and the Vail Ranch Restoration Association.
