Inland Valley Repertory Theatre Presents “Winter Wonderettes”—A Musical Holiday Celebration
Claremont, CA — Inland Valley Repertory Theatre (IVRT) is delighted to announce its holiday production of “Winter Wonderettes”, a heartwarming musical comedy perfect for audiences of all ages. Written and created by Roger Bean, with vocal arrangements by Bean and Brian Baker, and musical arrangements by Baker, this festive production brings holiday classics to life with humor, warmth, and vibrant musical numbers.
"We are so excited to bring ‘Winter Wonderettes’ to the stage," said Donna Marie Minano, Executive Director of IVRT. “This show captures the magic and joy of the holiday season, and our cast and creative team have brought incredible heart and energy to every moment. We look forward to sharing this experience with the community and spreading holiday cheer!”
This seasonal celebration finds four high school girls returning and entertaining at the annual Harper’s Hardware 1960s holiday party. When Santa turns up missing, the girls use their talent and creative ingenuity to save the holiday party! Featuring great ’60s versions of holiday classics such as “Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town,” “Jingle Bell Rock,” “Run, Rudolph, Run,” and “Winter Wonderland,” the result is, of course, marvelous! This energetic and glittering holiday package is a recommended delight for audiences of all ages.
Directed and choreographed by Anthony Tuason, with Hope Kaufman as Assistant Director and Ronda Rubio as Music Director and Conductor, “Winter Wonderettes” stars Molly Billman, Amanda Colclough, Amanda Greig, and Emily Martin.
