Member Testimonial Spotlight - Caring Transitions

Caring Transitions is the nation’s largest and most trusted team of custom solution experts for household relocations and liquidations. Caring Transitions was established in 2006 and has grown into more than 180 offices nationwide. Caring Transitions Inland Empire Foothills opened their office in October 2015, to serve Ranch Cucamonga, Upland, Claremont, La Verne, San Dimas, Glendora and the surrounding areas.

Household relocation services include decluttering, downsizing (we prefer the term ‘rightsizing’), floor planning, moving management, packing and unpacking. We can turn moving day into movie night by meeting movers at the new residence and completely resettling the home including unpacking, organizing cabinets and closets, making beds, hanging pictures and towels, etc. Instead of living out of boxes for weeks, the client can relax with the family for a movie and snacks (provided by Caring Transitions) on the first night in their new home.  Although our clients range in age, the heart of our business is helping seniors who are moving into senior living.

Home liquidation services include estate sales, on-line auctions, buy-outs, junk removal and complete property clean outs. Caring Transitions can prepare for and conduct an estate sale, clear the house through donations and hauling, while leaving the home vacuumed, broom-swept and cleaned in as little as two weeks.  In the case of an estate sale, we do all the work and the client ends up with a liquidated home and proceeds from the sale.

Caring is not only the first name of their business, but it’s what they do best.  We care deeply for their clients, customers, and community. We come alongside families at a very emotional time of transition which takes a delicate level of caring to meet the emotional needs of their clients. We conduct clients estate sales with outstanding customer service that has created a loyal customer following. We support our community through in-kind donations of blankets and towels to animal shelters, food and toiletries to support those in need, as well as toys and home goods to local non-profits, etc. We also sponsor and support senior services such as Alzheimer’s LA.

Cultivating trustworthy relationships within the Claremont Chamber is an important part of Caring Transition’s business plan. We look forward to building relationships with other chamber members and serving the needs of our community.
