Claremont Meals on Wheels - One Week Free Meal Offer* Offer to Claremont Residents In a reach out to the community, Claremont Meals on Wheels (CMOW), a local non-profit has an introductory offer to help “new clients” decide if they would like to receive our meal service on a regular basis. We are offering 1 week of free CMOW meals – (up to 5 days) to adult persons never having received our meal service before, in the hopes they find it beneficial to continue this service for their well-being. Claremont Meals on Wheels - Needs Volunteers Want to be a part of something great? Claremont Meals on Wheels (CMOW), a local non-profit has openings for volunteers. Depending on your schedule, people generally schedule a set time, 2 days a month, varying from 1-2 hours per shift. Days available are Monday - Friday.
